CULVERT REPLACEMENT AND OTHER WORK Bridge File 72864, NW 08-81-01-W6M Carrying a Local Road over an Unnamed Watercourse, 10 km SE of Bluesky Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of an existing 6.1 m "PG" girder bridge on a treated timber substructure and the installation of 2 - 1400 mm CSP culverts with 24.0 m invert lengths. The crossing is located on a local road over an unnamed watercourse, 10 km southeast of Bluesky. A location plan has been included in the Plans section of the Tender document for the Contractor's convenience. Without limiting the provisions of the Specifications and Contract, the scope of work at this site shall include the following: - Traffic Accommodation - Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Testing - Demolition and Disposal of Bridge Structure - Excavation - CSP Supply - CSP Assembly - Backfill - Roadway Work - Supply and Placement of Class 1 Heavy Rock Riprap - Supply and Placement of Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) - Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C) Documents can be obtained from www.purchasingconnection.ca.
