Site work for a civil project in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a development; and water / sewer project.
East Wenatchee for construction of the Grant Road Oil Treatment and Bioretention project. Work to be performed includes: storm sewer pipe, watermain, a bioretention pond, and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications. Order of magnitude is approximately $1,000,000 Time for completion of the work is limited to 40 working days. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5 percent of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of East Wenatchee. The City of East Wenatchee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or the bidding. Project occurs between Grant Road and Pace Drive on Highline Drive in East Wenatchee , WA.
