Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project requires the removal and replacement of several deficient concrete panels along David Raines Road. This project also entails the addition of curb and gutter as well as the addition of ADA compliant pedestrian ramps and sidewalks. The project is located in City Council District A. An acceptable Bid Bond in the format as enclosed herein, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check payable to the City of Shreveport, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid including all additive alternates must accompany the bid. When the total contract amount with alternates is $20,000 or more, a two-year 10% maintenance bond shall be required. If any subcontractor is added or replaced after the contract award, the contractor shall make good faith efforts to contract with another FSC, S/DBE, or DBE for the work to be performed by that subcontractor The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for just cause received as a result of this request as permitted by LA R.S.
