Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) is requesting quotes for the following: Lawn Maintenance Scope of Work: Mowing, weed eating, weed spraying (around buildings and in landscaped areas, sidewalks and parking areas), and blowing of clippings should be performed every 10 days at the following locations (maps can be provided upon request): Centralia - 719 Howard 241 N Lincoln, Lincoln Ct 705 Elm, Executive Apartments Salem - Glenwood 3 Glenwood 1 Golden Acres 1014 Dawley Sandoval - 115 N Main, Suarez Apartments Broadway Apartments Kinmundy - Heritage Drive Apartments Patoka - Community Apartments Odin - 211 E Aird Alma - 606 Illinois Bids should be submitted as a per service cost, ie cost per mow, and broken down by location. General Requirements and Information All contractors must adhere to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts. For information, please visit electronically. Contractors will be required to submit certified payroll reports before issuance of payment. For larger projects, certified payroll reports may be required on a more frequent basis. All quotes should be accompanied by a current Certificate of Insurance (general liability and workers compensation). Should your company be awarded a contract, MCHA must be listed as an additional insured and an updated Certificate of Insurance must be sent to MCHA.
