The Project includes the following Work: 1. Bid Lot 1 Project AL-22-C37: Replacement of the existing Upper Pena booster station valve and vault with prefabricated booster station building, booster pump system, SCADA, electrical and controls 2. Bid Lot 2 Project AL-22-C55: Abandonment of two groundwater wells, demolition and removal of two abandoned water storage tanks 3. Bid Lot 3 Project AL-22-C46: Replacement of the existing State Well Pumphouse and improvements to the existing State Well #1, replacement of the existing pitless unit, installation of a new pumphouse that will include site grading, foundation, building, plumbing, SCADA, electrical, and controls and installation of PRV-E 4. Bid Lot 4 TIF: Replacement of the Upper Pena water storage tank (125,000 gallons), and installation of Intertie PRV Bids are requested for the following Contract: MAT Carrizo Water System Improvements - Bid Package #1 Instructions to Bidders.
