Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Mescalero, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the addition of a residential development; for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Project includes the following Work: 1. Constructing approximately 4,620 LF of 8-inch DR-18 C-900 PVC drinking water main line, 4,610 LF of 8-inch SDR 26 PVC gravity sanitary sewer, 700 LF of 4-inch DR-18 C-900 force main sewer main lines, connections for a 40-acre subdivision consisting of 39 housing units and related appurtenances. 2. Site work will include placement, compaction, and testing of subgrade preparation for roadways, driveways, and building pads for the subdivision.
