Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mescalero, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Repair of damaged concrete steps to restore structural integrity, eliminate trip hazards, prevent further deterioration, and improve safety, particularly during snow and icy conditions. Work is anticipated to include assessment of existing concrete conditions, removal of deteriorated materials, repair or replacement of damaged sections, and finishing to provide a durable, safe walking surface.
