Rehabilitate Taxiway A Estimated Notice to Proceed: April 1, 2025 Phase Anticipated Start Date Duration Damages 1 Early April 2025 25 Working Days $1,500/Working Day Project Closeout Early May 2025 14 Calendar Days $250/Calendar Day A work suspension shall take place following seeding and mulching to allow for 30 day cure period prior to application of pavement markings. Remaining work shall resume after 30 day cure window is complete. Est. Value: $ 472,829.00 Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid Bonds must be on the form provided with the Contract Documents. The Bid Bond may be forfeited and the proceeds retained as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to execute a contract or file acceptable performance bonds or provide an acceptable certificate of insurance within fifteen (15) calendar days after the acceptance of his proposal by resolution of the Commission The right is reserved, as the City of Iowa Falls, Iowa may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
