Provide & Install Bathroom Partitions at Guilmette School. Supply all labor, materials, supervision and equipment to install bathroom partitions. Bidders must submit a five percent 5% bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, sec.44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, DCAMM & OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City. Interested bidders are strongly urged to attend the pre-bid walkthrough to familiarize themselves with the projects. It will be the responsibility of each contractor to take measurements. The Lawrence Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified contractors interested in providing and installing bathroom partitions at the Guilmette School. Questions concerning this IFB must ONLY be submitted in writing to Walter Callahan, Lawrence Public School's Procurement Director, before 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024. Questions may be mailed, delivered, or emailed to Walter.Callahan@lawrence.k12.ma.us. Written responses will be posted on the City's website at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids and a link will be emailed to all bidders on record as having received the IFB package.
