As of March 12, 2024, project was awarded to Preferred Air, Inc., awarded amount is $34,952.86. Heat Pump System for Wenham Council On Aging. 10 School Street, Wenham, MA 01984 This work shall generally consist of installation of a heat pump system to serve the main living room area and the back office/lower level area at the Wenham Council on Aging and includes the following: Main Living Room Area 1. Install one Carrier 36,000 BTU dual zone heat pump system 2. Install two Carrier wall mount heads, 18,000 BTU each 3. Set and mount condenser on mounting stand at ground level 4. Connect refrigerant lines to outdoor units 5. Evacuate and leak-test refrigerant line with nitrogen 6. Run drain lines to the outdoors 7. Cover pipes with slim duct as needed 8. Start and test operation of systems in heat & cool mode Back Office/Lower Level area 1. Install one Carrier 30,000 BTU dual zone heat pump system 2. Install two Carrier wall mount heads, one 9,000 BTU and one 18,000 BTU 3. Set and mount condenser on mounting stand on back side of building at ground level 4. Connect refrigerant lines to outdoor units 5. Evacuate and leak-test refrigerant line with nitrogen 6. Run drain lines to the outdoors or to indoor standpipe, pump to be installed on 9,000 BTU head 7. Cover pipes with slim duct as needed 8. Start and test operation of systems in heat & cool mode
