Bid for On-Call Electrical Repair and Maintenance Services 1 Year with two independent options for the School District to extend the contract term of one year, each The Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District, a Massachusetts public regional school district, invites sealed bids from qualified, licensed Electrical service providers to provide On-Call Electrical Repair and Maintenance Services for Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District's buildings and facilities. Bidders must be DCAMM Certified in Electrical. The Regional School District intends to award a contract for On-Call Electrical Repair and Maintenance Services with a term of one year, with two independent options for the School District to extend the contract term of one year, each. All bids must be sealed and made upon forms furnished by the awarding authority and contained in the Bid Documents. All bids for this project are subject to the applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including M.G.L. c.149, Sections 44A through 44M, as amended. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of bids. The Regional School District will award a contract, if at all, to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price for the initial contract term of one year. The Regional School District, acting by and through its Superintendent of Schools, reserves all rights as to treatment of bids, including the right to waive any informalities in, or reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Regional School District.
