Renovation of a residential development in Wenham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Project consists of but not limited to: Renovation of an existing congregate kitchen. Work includes but is not limited to: removal of existing cabinetry, flooring, appliances and fixtures and installation of new; electrical and plumbing revisions; new soffit areas to match with new cabinetry layout; new finishes including painting and countertops . The work is estimated to cost $60,000.00. sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the WENHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
