The Town of Wenham is seeking quotes from professional construction companies, or otherwise qualified, to construct a pavilion at West Wenham Park, located on Topsfield Road, Wenham MA. The base pad is already constructed and engineered plans are included. For further information contact Kate Mallory, Land Use Director, at kmallory@wenhamma.gov West Wenham Park is going through a revitalization. Through this revitalization, a community gathering space is planned. The space emphasizes the neighborhood centered value of the site and includes a pavilion with play lawn and picnic facilities. This serves family, classroom, or community group scale outdoor gatherings with weather protection and will be a recognizable central destination for Wenham. This is paired with the accessible drop off. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall be required to submit to the Town a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE with limits of $1,000,000.00 for Comprehensive General & Automotive Liability. Worker's Compensation Insurance for the protection of all employees throughout the entire period that the Contract is in operation shall be included in Comprehensive General Liability of not less than $1,000,000.00. PREVAILING WAGE The Contract shall be subject to the Prevailing Wage schedule, as determined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety
