Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wenham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The general scope of work includes entrance driveway rehabilitation, rehabilitation of existing hard courts into pickleball/tennis/basket- ball, a paved ADA parking area, and additive alternates including Field and Meadow installation, Main Play Area installation with Playground Expansion, and installation of Fitness Equipment. Prevailing wage rates are required as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, and Section 26 to 27H inclusive and reporting associated thereto. Estimated project value is $450,000. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a certified check, a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company or cash payment, in the amount of five (5) percent of the submitted bid, as Bid Security. The checks are to be made payable to the Town of Wenham, Massachusetts. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract amount. No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date designated above for the opening. Bids for this Contract are subject to the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M and M.G.L., Chapter 30B as applicable. The Town of Wenham reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town of Wenham, and to limit the extent of the work to keep within the limits of available funds.
