For clarity, this scope includes all mechanical and plumbing components in pods and bridge 10. . Installation of existing and new air handling unit, new engineered exhaust system, new natural gas piping. Installation of four (4) air handling units (AHU) that includes two (2) existing AHU (AHU 1 & 2) and two (2) new AHU (AHU 3 & 4). New AHUs need to be of the same make / model and capacity. All shafts and pipes need to be connected to existing system as specified in drawings and specification. Connection from existing pipes to AHU also includes but not limited to sealing, regulators, and thermal insulations. Piping and equipment need to be provided as mentioned in the specification with all necessary structural supports, hangers and pipe rollers and needs to be selected to withstand all static and dynamic loads. Installation of vibration isolation / noise control to all motorized, electrical equipment and all existing & new shafts as per drawings and specification. Installation of silencer schedule to all motorized, electrical equipment and all existing & new shafts as per drawings and specification. Installation of shaft / duct includes but not limited to acoustic ducts, insulation, pipe lagging, isolators, fans, turning vanes and name plates. Installation of round elbows as specify in specification and drawings. New connections need to be installed between AHU and enervex fan including vents and all required fixtures. New outdoor air intakes need to be installed and should be completed with bug screens and balancing dampers. High pressure gas pipelines need to be installed and extend gas pipes to connect with existing system. This includes but not limited to gas regulators. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
