Reference Number 0000264270 1. The University requires delivery of Light Bulbs to its buildings on the St. George campus located in downtown Toronto. There is no central receiving at the University. The campus consists of over 100 diverse buildings. All deliveries must be delivered to the appropriate Caretaking Stock room at the specified delivery site. All deliveries must be verified by receiver. Invoices should only be sent for complete orders. 2. Delivery must be FOB at no extra charge. All orders are to be received in a timely fashion. Orders must be sent complete, partial orders may not be accepted. 3. Substitution of products is not permitted without the prior approval of the Manager - Caretaking Services. 4. The University will provide the Successful Proponent with contact information for quick communications with onsite Caretaking Staff whom receive deliveries 5. A designated sales representative must be assigned to service the University account and identified at the start of the agreement. 6. If submitting alternative products, Proponents should provide samples of their products with their proposal submission, and clearly identify how the proposed product(s) are superior. Consideration will be given to submissions that are economically advantageous, environmentally friendly and address sustainability initiatives. The contract term for the proposed provision of services is for three (3) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term. Timetable: Estimated commencement date: April 2024 Estimated Completion date: April 2027 Occurrence based comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with a limit in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Such insurance will include coverage for personal injury liability, bodily injury liability, advertising injury liability, products and completed operations liability, blanket contractual liability (including liability for damage to or losses relating to performance by Supplier of its obligations set forth herein), property damage liability (including liability for damage to or losses relating to a University Location and any University or other third party chattels, property, merchandise, trade fixtures, or monies), and business interruption relating to the University's operations.
