Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from Suppliers to provide EO with racking systems and installation services for the transition of 51 Rolark Drive, Toronto Ontario, M1R 3B1 location (the Project) to a fully functioning warehouse. EO has recently moved the office function out of 51 Rolark Drive and will convert the building back into a fully functional warehouse. With the renovation of the office space into a warehouse, there is an additional 25,000 square feet being transitioned into warehouse space for storage of EO equipment. EO is seeking a racking Supplier to supply and install racking systems to support the storage requirements as outlined in the EO Draft Report on Sizing and Design of Expanded Warehouse (Appendix G).
