The intent of this project is to replace the ageing or failed boilers at each Respective location The City of Coos Bay is requesting to obtain bids regarding the replacement of the boilers at Mingus Park Pool & Wastewater Treatment Plant 1. All bids must provide for the following scope of work on these structures as well as comply with all provisions of this document (as well as Local and State codes or regulations as they apply to public buildings). The City of Coos Bay invites qualified contractors and/or suppliers to submit a quote for the Mingus Park Pool & Wastewater Treatment Plant 1 Boiler Replacement Project. It is expected that quotes will include warranties on parts & labor, and product components as described in the bid package. The contractor and/or supplier shall also deliver to the owner the following: Operations and Maintenance Manuals, start-up and training submitted at the conclusion of the project to the owner.
