Check slab for flatness and make minor corrections. Prep and fill cracks for installation TC/PB Pro. Installed new Pickleball sleeves into existing Tennis courts. Install new Tennis court sleeves into footings. Install new Herculan TC/PB Pro urethane floor system Per Manufacturer specifications. Apply 7mm base mat and 2mm urethane multipurpose 25% shock absorption. Install a solvent free, seamless, self-leveling floor system. Urethane coating with color wear coat. Paint Gamelines for all six (6) Pickleball and one (1) tennis Courts. Clean-up Site Each Bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work and fully acquaint itself with the existing conditions, the difficulties and the restrictions attending the performance of the Contract.
