Renovation of an educational facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project will be a public improvement project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, Prevailing Wage Rates. The work contemplated consists of the following: Overlay the existing flooring with new luxury vinyl plank flooring within most of the common spaces (as identified on the plan set). Remove a small portion of exposed aggregate concrete in the school lobby and cover with gypcrete and luxury vinyl plank flooring to match. Flooring transitions back to existing to remain. Additive alternate to replace the carpet within the administration offices with luxury vinyl plank flooring The owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for sixty (60) days and may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements on these solicitation documents and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner, that it is in the public interest to do so
