Site work and paving for a road / highway in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: Asphalt pavement and concrete removal, trench excavation, removal and disposal of existing geothermal pipe, fittings and appurtenances, geothermal pipeline construction, trench resurfacing, and concrete replacement ENGINEERS ESTIMATE RANGE: $800,000 to $900,000 Award of Contract will not be final until the later of: 1) City Council Contract Award, or 2) the City of Klamath Falls provides a written response to each timely protest, denying the protest and affirming the Award. On all Projects, Work performed by the Contractor's own organization must be at least 30% of the awarded Contract Amount The City of Klamath Falls may reject any Bid that does not comply with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375 (Award and execution of Contract) (3)(b), and that the contracting agency may reject for good cause all Bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest.
