Steen Sports Park will accept sealed bids for the construction of the Steen Sports Park Batting Facility Addition project. The work contemplated consists of the following: Construction of a building addition to the Batting Facility. The addition will consist of dedicated men's and women's restroom facilities as well as a storage space. The existing roof and column in the area of work will be removed to accommodate construction. There is minor sitework planned to expand concrete walkway/plaza spaces. Contractor Questions Due: April 11, 2024, at 4:00pm It is the intent of Steen Sports Park (Owner) to construct the entire project at once, being fully complete prior to the end of September 30, 2024. Work should be planned to begin as soon as practical. Substantial completion would be on or around August 30, 2024. Punch lists would occur between September 2 nd and September 6 th , 2024. Final completion would be on or around September 13, 2024. Owner will award the contract to the responsible responsive bidder with the lowest total price The owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for sixty (60) days and may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements on these solicitation documents and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner, that it is in the public interest to do so.
