Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The construction of a Rock County Resource Center - Maintenance Garage to be located at 1717 Center Avenue in Janesville, WI 53546. Base Bid will include approximately 3,000 square feet of new construction and 500 square feet of alteration. The Work which bids are asked includes, but is not necessarily limited to, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, insulated fiberglass doors, hollow metal frames, insulated overhead doors, painting, metal roofing, engineered wood siding, metal awnings, wood framing, building insulation, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and others. The base bid will also include site work to include but not limited to tree removal, cut and fill, site grading, pavement cutting and patching, concrete apron and a new culvert.
