1. Replace all wire rope and associated hardware 2. Replace damaged stop rail at LN 19 & 20 3. Replace bent eyebolt on LN 20 4. Replace any missing jamb nuts 5. Reset any out of place lock collars 6. Replace c-channel for LN's 1 thru 3 7. Replace all rope locks 8. Replace all hand line with 3/4" multiline II 9. Replace all battens with 1-1/2" SCHED 40 pipe with safety end caps 10. Replace appropriate signage for arbor load limits and applicable instructions All work needs to be completed between May 16th , 2024, through August 2nd, 2024. All questions concerning this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to Sarah Smith, Purchasing Manager. Questions must be received by 12:00 noon (local time), March 25th , 2024. Questions received after this date and time will not be answered. Questions must be emailed to sarah.smith@co.rock.wi.us and must include ITP #2024-09 in the subject line. The successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum. All such bonds shall be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin. Contractor shall pay all premiums. Deliver said bonds to Rock County no later than the date of execution of the contract. Failure or neglecting to deliver said bonds as specified, shall be considered as having abandoned the Contract. Rock County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality or error in any bid or part therein, and to accept the same or combinations, in whole or in part, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Rock County.
