The City of Janesville ("City") seeks qualified firms ("Contractor") interested in providing Bathroom construction services at the Janesville Water Utility Building. Interested contractors will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City. The City will hire a contractor to remove and replace the existing ceiling, plumbing fixtures, and flooring as well as paint the walls. The services being requested in the RFP include: 1. Remove the existing ceiling grid and replace it with ACT/Grid 2. Remove and replace the existing floor tile and corresponding base trim. The floor tile will be replaced with LVT Flooring-Mohawk Vivid Step/DEEP GRIS. Size code 0648 3. Install a new toilet flush valve. 4. Remove the existing vanity/sink/faucet and replace it with a new ADA compliant wall wall-mounted sink/faucet. 5. Remove and replace the exhaust fan. 6. Repair/Replace drywall as needed. 7. Paint four (4) walls. 8. Replace the existing light fixture with a new LED light fixture. 9. Replace the existing outlet with a new GFCI outlet.
