The City of Janesville ("City") seeks qualified firms ("Contractor") interested in providing concrete repair services throughout the City, including concrete curb & gutter removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete drive apron removal and replacement, concrete street removal and replacement. Interested contractors will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City. The City will hire a contractor on an as-needed basis to perform work on facilities as mentioned as needed throughout the construction season. Most of these needed repairs are the result of water main break repairs or Service repairs by City crews.
