Renovation of a fire / police facility in Norcross, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,728-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Roof Replacement Project Ineligible Source List During the period for which a person/firm has been debarred or suspended, or placed on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, that person/firm shall not submit or cause to be submitted offers, quotes, bids, or proposals, etc. to Gwinnett County, even when automatically or electronically distributed a notification or notified of a solicitation request. Submittals from firms currently on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered. Question Deadline 02/28/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions regarding bids should be submitted to Alexis Holland, Purchasing Associate II, via email alexis.holland@gwinnettcounty.com. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Where Gwinnett County provides forms for bid or bond submissions, they must be used without exception. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion.
