Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Norcross, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Johnson Dean Forest Preserve (JDFP) is a beautiful, serene 1/4 mile nature trail, preserving our environment and showcasing native plants, trees, and wildlife. The preserve is a certified Wildlife Sanctuary boasting a wide variety of birds, plants and native trees and wildlife. Please indicate if the dates specified are flexible. The JDFP well house sits at the trail entrance, 145 Barton Street, Norcross GA 30071, just beyond the informational signage for Johnson Dean Forest Preserve. The Preserve is tucked back and bordered by neighborhood houses. The goal is to beautify the well house building and blend the structure with its surrounding nature preserve.
