The Scope of Work Involves the Abatement, Demolition of the Commercial Structure (Purple Palace) and Site Restoration, the Work Includes the Following: Mobilization, Demobilization, and Administration; Hazardous Materials Abatement (Removal and Proper Disposal of Asbestos Containing Material, Universal and Household Waste; Disconnection and Abandonment of Utilities; Demolition and Disposal of the Commercial Building, Including the Floor Slab and Foundations; and Place Compacted Mdot Class Ii Sand to Grade All Questions Should Be Emailed to Josh Schuyler at Joshua.schuyler@oneatlas.com No Later Than 2:00 P.m., Eastern on March 4, 2024.
