Description: The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University governing the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hereby requests letters of interest and statement of qualifications from Architect/Engineer firms to provide professional services for the following University project. Firms interested in providing such services should be a full-service Architect/Engineering firm or Team and be pre-qualified with the Capital Development Board. As part of the submission, each proposal should include a complete description of the history, size and capabilities of your firm and a list of projects which demonstrate the level of experience. For each project, indicate a knowledgeable reference (name, address, telephone number and email) and a copy of your CDB Pre-Qualification Certificate. The intent of the University is to source a four-year term contract with multiple awards based upon the nature of several small consulting projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The following criteria will be used to evaluate the firms requesting consideration for selection MBE/WBE/PBE participation of Professional Service Consultant(s) and subconsultants with a goal of 30% of the total value of the professional services agreement, including but not limited to, basic services, supplemental services and reimbursables.
