Kosciusko County Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals for work comprised of the expansion and redevelopment of the Kosciusko County Employee Parking lot, within the block surrounded by Washington Street, Fort Wayne Street, Lake Street and Main Street in downtown Warsaw. The project will generally include removal and replacement of pavement, milling and resurfacing of pavement, wedge and leveling of pavement and sidewalk removal and replacement. All qualified Contractors are invited to bid the work. Certification of Qualification Required: Copy of Valid Certificates of Qualification for Public Works Projects per IC 4-13.6-4 or IC 8-23-10 as Applicable.
