The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS) and the Montgomery Central High School Softball Program is seeking bids to build a 40'(W)x60'(L)X14'(T) post frame building. CMCSS is seeking bids for the complete installation or application of items and products to include labor, material, equipment, site safety, and layout where necessary. This work shall include site clean-up and proper removal of associated debris. Construction debris needs to be placed in a contractor-furnished dumpster and needs to be removed and properly disposed of off-site. Bidders shall be responsible for taking their own measurements for materials and determining the actual extent of the work. Bidder shall be an authorized installer for whatever system(s) or product(s) bid and shall utilize manufacturer recommended methods and procedures for initial installation and/or application and warranty repair workmanship and material or products for a period of one (1) year from substantial completion. Construction and installation activities will need to be coordinated through CMCSS Facilities Management and the recipient school's Administration upon written Notice to Proceed from the owner
