The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) has a requirement for Military Construction of the Department of Public Works (DPW) Engineering Housing and Maintenance Shop (EHMS) at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center (CSJTC), Salinas, Puerto Rico. Project Number (P/N) 431850 Location: Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, PR 1. Restricted - 100% Small Business Set-Aside 2. NAICS Code - 236220, Size Standard $45,000,000.00 3. Project Magnitude is betw een $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00 4. Bid should be submitted in accordance w ith the Block 13 of this solicitation. 5. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference and site visit to be conducted as indicated on Section 00 21 00 for instructions. This project is being solicited pursuant to FAR 36.213-3 Invitation for Bid (IFB) procedures. Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the IFB and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
