The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to remove an existing Armoury Exhaust Hood system at Joyceville Institution and install a new system as per the drawings and specifications supplied. To complete the removal and installation of the Armoury Exhaust Hoods as outlined by the Engineering Consultant in the provided drawings and specifications. Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: Construction Time: The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/04/08.
