Estimated Cost $500,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate MCC Bedford Fire Pump Replacements Project. The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal, disposal and replacement of three fire pumps in place, including removal, disposal and replacement of associated jockey pump, fire pump and jockey pump controllers. The project also includes new electrical wiring, MI cabling and fire alarm connections to replaced equipment. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 02/16/2024 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. The project work consists of removal, disposal and replacement of three (3) fire pumps in place, including removal, disposal and replacement of associated jockey pump, fire pump and jockey pump controllers. The project shall also include replacement of miscellaneous fittings and gauges, concrete pads. The project shall include a fire watch or pumper truck provisions during replacements. The project also includes new electrical wiring, MI cabling and fire alarm connections to replaced equipment. B. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building in a fully installed and operable condition including obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. C. Reference To Drawings: The work to be done under this Contract is shown on the Drawings listed at the end of this Section. D. The Contractor shall provide a schedule for completion of the project to Middlesex Community College within the construction period set forth in the Contract. E. The Massachusetts Standard Prevailing Labor Wage rates contained in the Contract Documents, as updated on an annual basis, will be used throughout the construction of this project.
