The Town of Hilton Head Island is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to enter into a Fencing installation, replacement and repair services Agreement with the Town. Questions Due Date: Feb 16th 2024, 5:00 PM EST Palmetto Bay Fence Replacement Project: Start Date: 3/4/2025 End Date: 4/11/2024 A certified check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to the Town A Performance Bond The bond shall be in an amount equal to 100% of the price specified in the contract; . A Payment Bond satisfactory to the Town The bond shall be in an amount equal to 100% of the price specified in the contract.
