Site work for a water / sewer project in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Work of the Project includes replacement of existing booster pumps with a new package booster pump station; replacement of generator; demolition of existing electrical, pump, and chemical feed equipment; relocation of ammonia chemical feed equipment with minor building modifications. B. Perform Work of Contract under unit prices contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. The work will consist of replacing the Leg O Mutton Booster Pumps with a proposed booster pump station, relocating electrical and chemical equipment on the site, and reconnecting the proposed booster pump station to the system. This project is being supported with U.S. Department of the Treasury, American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements attach to this opportunity. The work will consist of replacing the existing Leg O Mutton high-service water distribution pumps with a proposed booster pump station, relocating electrical and chemical on the site, and reconnecting the proposed booster pump station to the system.
