St. Johns County is soliciting a quote from a qualified Contractor to be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, equipment, freight, supervision and transportation required to rehabilitate the Head Cell Grit System at the Anastasia Island Waste Water Treatment Plant, located at 860 W. 16th Street, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, 32080. The Grit System utilizes products manufactured by Hydro International Wastewater Division; these products contain patented and proprietary design features unique to Hydro International. The Grit System must not be shut down for more than seven (7) days to complete the rehabilitation. Training for operating and maintaining the system must be provided. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to Jennifer McDaniel, Procurement Coordinator at glulkoski@sjcfl.us. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (3:00 PM EDST) on Tuesday, February 13,2023, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the above deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Manager or other designated County Representative. Payment terms are Net Forty-Five (45) days, in accordance with Chapter 218.74(2) Florida Statutes. There will be no upfront payment or deposits for materials made to the Contractor
