**As of March 21, 2024, project was awarded to Bituminous Roadways, Inc., in the amount of $1,207,693.20. ** The work includes the construction of approximately: 350 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 150 LF 6" DIP Water Main 98,000 SY Bituminous Street Pavement Removal 13,000 TN Bituminous Mixtures 890 SF Concrete Walk and Pedestrian Ramps 120 SY Seed, Fertilizer, Hydraulic Mulch 1,400 LF Pavement Striping Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This is a Mill and Overlay Street Improvement Project and is approximately 5.25 miles in length. The method of reconstruction will be milling and overlaying the wear course pavement, watermain improvements, concrete curb and gutter replacement, concrete sidewalk pedestrian ramp improvements, along with pavement markings and new signage. The City of Cottage Grove has adopted a standard document entitled "Standard Specifications for Utility and Street Construction", dated January 2024, which includes the Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Specifications which are hereby incorporated into the Bidding Documents.
