All bids shall be submitted electronically via the Bonfire E-Procurement Platform, The scope of work for the Chavez Office Project includes the following but is not limited to: Demolition of interior kitchen finishes and equipment, framing infill, drywall, and preparation for conversion of an interior space from a kitchen to an office. 1. Demolish the existing FRP finish on the walls 2. Demolish the existing large roll-up window 3. Infill/frame the roll-up window area 4. Demolish all existing plumbing fixtures 5. Cap and abandon all exposed plumbing inside of the wall including gas, sewer, hot and cold lines, etc 6. Remove floor drains, cap the pipe, and fill with concrete 7. Demolish the existing hood 8. Demolish all existing wiring associated with the hood 9. Demolish the existing fly fan 10. Eliminate the existing wiring associated with the fly fan 11. Remove the existing casework and salvage for reinstallation in a classroom onsite 12. Demolish the existing tile flooring and leave clean for flooring contractor 13. Cap off exhaust vent(s) on roof with sheet metal 14. Install drywall on all wall surfaces as needed to prepare for new tackable wall surface finish 15. Patch the walls as needed to prepare for new tackable wall surface finish 16. Paint the existing ceiling grid and replace tiles with Armstrong tiles (standard fissure) 17. Paint interior doors/frames and exposed surfaces not covered by new tackable wall finishes 18. Install new Chatfield Clarke Color Card and Koroseal School Collection Group 1 tackable wall surface panels 19. Reinstall existing casework in another space onsite 20. Remove and dispose all demolished equipment and debris
