Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Germantown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Project includes two locations of work. Existing Germantown DPW: work to include demolition of (2) existing buildings, repaving, regrading and landscaping. Existing salt shed: work to include demo of (1) existing shed, repaving, reroofing, regrading, landscaping and installation of a new fence. As of March 20, 2024, construction is scheduled to start August 2024. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall make a request to Moore Construction by February 16, 2024 @ 1:00PM. Contact the Construction Manager, Moore Construction Services Kathryn Sullivan at (414) 477-3662 with any questions. Bid security shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, and shall be submitted with the bid. Performance Bond is requested as an alternate.
