Site Directions: Donges Bay Road from Fond du Lac Avenue to Washington Drive (mill & overlay) and reconstruct from Washington Drive to Wasaukee Road. The reconstruction of Donges Bay Road from Washington Drive to Wasaukee Road. Project elements include, but may not be limited to, pavement removal; excavation; breaker run and base aggregate; asphalt pavement; storm sewer, sanitary manhole adjustments, and water main; pavement marking; permanent signing; restoration; detours; traffic control; and other misc. related items. From Fond du Lac Avenue to Washington Drive the project elements include asphalt milling; asphalt overlay; and pavement marking. Additional Description: Culvert construction activities and wetland disturbance shall not begin prior to June 15th. Project shall be substantially completed no later than August 30, 2024 and final completion no later than September 12, 2024. Substantial completion shall include the completion of all asphalt paving, curb and gutter, pavement marking and final restoration. Contractor must submit Bidder Qualifications to the Village of Germantown at least five (5) days before the Bid Opening date. Contract must also be pre-qualified with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
