Fire Station #1 - Evaporative Coolers & A/C Unit Replacements The Town of Florence reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any or all bids as may be determined in the best interest of the Town. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: February 28, 2024 12:00pm Questions shall be submitted, via OpenGov The scope of work includes removal and replacement of four (4) existing evaporative coolers and one (1) air conditioning unit, all located on the roof of Fire Station #1. Existing equipment to be removed/replaced with NEW units is listed below. Specifications for new equipment are to be in-kind to existing equipment. o 4 - Master Cool MC63C 6800 CFM evaporative coolers o 1 - Goodman HVAC 5 ton unit The successful Contractor is required to furnish all labor, travel, resources, materials, tools, equipment and services required to satisfactorily complete the installation and setup of all items stated in this Scope of Work. Bids should be all-inclusive (product, labor, taxes, etc.). All old equipment and parts should be removed from Town property and disposed of properly by the Contractor. The job site should be left clean and free of debris. The proposed units, equipment and labor should include a manufacturer's warranty, a minimum of a 10-year warranty on all units, and include service requirements and a service plan
