Description The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide quarterly inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services on the freezer and chill doors located at the Pomona Distribution Center, 2550 Fulton Road, Pomona, California 91767 in accordance with the specifications contained herein this Invitation for Bid (IFB). This solicitation is exempt from DVBE participation; OR requires a minimum three percent (3%) DVBE participation. The Contractor must possess a valid and current certification of a C-38 Refrigeration Contractors License issued by the Contractors State License Board. Contract Period: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 One-Year Option to Renew: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 One-Year Option to Renew: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027
