Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Reference Number 0000343812 This project aims to provide new tennis courts at both high schools, with post-tension slab concrete and CIF regulation spaces between the playing surfaces. It will also include new netting and posts, and the new surfaces will be painted with colored sports coats. The path of travel on both sites will also be code-compliant for access to the tennis courts. The project is expected to enhance the overall quality and safety of the tennis courts, providing students with a better playing experience. The Contract Time is 95 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated Damages shall be $1,500.00 per day for every calendar day after Substantial Completion. CONTRACTOR should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and General Requirements regarding Milestones and Liquidated Damages. All questions or comments regarding this bid (except to inquire about the number of addenda issued) must be put submitted using the link above no later than 4:00 P.M. on Friday, March 8, 2024.
