Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of April 11, 2024, the project was awarded to Byrne and Jones Construction for a total price of $24,619.05.** The development of the Indoor Pickleball Courts at St. Charles County Kinetic Park is part of the ongoing efforts to enhance the park's overall amenities and broaden the range of recreational activities available. Alongside the indoor pickleball courts, the upcoming facility will incorporate concessions stand and an e-sports room. The park's future expansion encompasses a splash pad, big wheel racecourse, and outdoor pickleball courts. St. Charles County is inviting bids to provide a cost analysis for the installation of three (3) sets of removeable net posts and nets, striping of three (3) indoor pickleball courts on the existing concrete floor, and an additional consideration for color coating over the existing concrete as an alternative. This project is funded by St. Charles County Government. The project area is inside the new building at Kinetic Park located at: 7801 Town Square Avenue Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368 All questions must be received no later than 2:00 PM on 02/19/2024. Any question received after this deadline may not be answered. Kinetic Park-Indoor Pickleball Court Painting and Net Installation St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
