St. Charles County is seeking bids for Dardenne Prairie Fiber Interconnect to Traffic Signals. The County reserves the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violations by the successful proposer of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party ample time to remedy the deficiencies. All bidders must meet the MoDOT requirements as a Contractor at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening in accordance with Section 102.2 of the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Arterial Highway Construction A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal.
