Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Kenmore, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

YPR Enhancement Project - Building Demolition - Bid Package 11; and Whereas, the Town Board deems it to be in the best interest of the Town to advertise for said bids; Be It Further Resolved, Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Base Bid, Conditioned That if His Proposal is Accepted He Will Enter Into a Contract for the Same, and That He Will Execute Such Further Security as May Be Required for the Faithful Performance of the Contract; and Be It Further Resolved, the Ken-ton Bee Be and the Same is Hereby Designated as the Newspaper for the Purpose of Advertising for Said Bids in Accordance With Section 103, Subdivision 2 of The General Municipal Law; and Be It Further Resolved, the Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and Proposals and to Advertise Anew, or to Award a Contract for Part or Portions Thereof as in Its Judgment It Shall Deem to Be in the Best Interest of the Town to So Do.
