Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Estimate: $830,000 This project was designed by Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN). The bidding and construction phase engineering services on this project will also be conducted by LAN. Pre-television of lines to be repaired by point repair, service repair, combination point repair and service line reconnection, and cured-in-place pipe. 2. Pipe bursting of sanitary lines including service reconnections in kind, drop stack reconnections, and cleanout replacements. 3. Rehabilitation of sanitary lines by cured-in-place pipe. 4. Rehabilitation of a partially cast iron, sanitary sewer line with tuberculation. Note: cast iron portion is under the pavement. 5. Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lines by point repair, service repair (including drop stack replacement), and mechanical cleaning. 6. Trench safety as required per Section 01561, throughout the project. 7. Site restoration including removal and replacement of damaged sidewalks, driveways, concrete patios, wooden decks, pavement, irrigation lines, turf, plants, shrubs, fences, trees, and other miscellaneous items as required. 8. Implementation and maintenance of traffic control when necessary or required. Contractor to note that these plans may not include all necessary Traffic Control Plans. Contractor to ensure traffic control is executed as necessary to facilitate work. 9. Bypass pumping, to properly rehabilitate any sanitary sewer lines and manholes where a flow through bridge or plug is not a viable option. It is the responsibility of the contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all bid documents and construction drawings. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the unit bid quantities and/or bid amount.
