Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Estimated Construction Cost: Between: $3,000,001-$5,000,000. The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this contract consists of an undetermined quantity of Sidewalk and Concrete Apron Removal and Replacement; Curb Ramps; Curb and Gutter removal and Replacement; A.C. Pavement; Pavements Removal; Catch Basins; Storm Drain Manholes; Storm Pipe Removal and Replacement; and Other Miscellaneous Improvements. Estimated Construction Cost: Between $3,000,001 - $5,000,000 Question Deadline 02/16/2024 at 12:00 PM AKT. All questions must be submitted prior to the questions due date this will be the Final opportunity to ask questions or request Clarification. Request for Interpretation or Clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office. Do not contact the specified department directly. To maintain the Project Schedule, interpretation, corrections, or changes to the bidding documents shall be made by addendum and shall not be binding unless included in the Addendum. Bids must be received by the Purchasing officer prior to the time fixed for opening of the bids to be considered. Time of receipt will be as determined by the time stamp in the Purchasing Officer, Suite, 150. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period of (60) days from the time of opening. The Municipality shall not be responsible for bid preparation cost, nor for costs, including attorney fees, associated with any (administrative, judicial or otherwise) challenge to the determination of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and/or award of contract, and/or rejection of bids. By submitting a bid, each bidder agrees to be bound in this request and waives all claims to such costs and fees. Contracts shall be awarded by written notice issued by the Purchasing officer to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; however, presence will be given to local bidders in compliance with Anchorage Municipal Code Section 7.20.040. The Municipality of Anchorage assumes no responsibility for any interpretations or presentations made by any of its officers or agents unless such interpretations or presentations are made by written addendum to this invitation to bid. Bonding Requirements are per MASS/MASS B or as per Special Provisions. The Municipality of Anchorage is an "Equal Opportunity Employer" The Term of this contract will be from Date of execution through the 2027 calendar year (December 31, 2027). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
